PRIVACY NOTICE
In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 (hereinafter: the “Law”), we hereby provide the required information regarding the purposes and methods of processing your Personal Data, the scope of their communication and dissemination, and the nature of the data in our possession and their provision.
Data processing is carried out to fulfill the purposes set forth in the supply contract and related tax and administrative obligations; for commercial information purposes, sending advertising or direct sales material, conducting market research, interactive commercial communication, or for use as a reference. Data is processed in compliance with applicable regulations using manual, electronic, and telematic tools, applying logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes, so as to guarantee data security and confidentiality.
Communication and dissemination:
Data will not be communicated or disseminated for any reason other than those specified above—specifically, to consultants of Associazione Culturale MoCA appointed to perform legal and/or tax activities; to suppliers engaged by Associazione Culturale MoCA for the execution of the Agreement; to other companies engaged by Associazione Culturale MoCA for the execution of the Agreement; and to clients of Associazione Culturale MoCA for reference purposes.
Providing the data is mandatory for the fulfillment of contractual obligations as well as related accounting and tax obligations.
The Data Controller hereby informs you that failure to provide, or the incorrect provision of, any mandatory information will result in:
a) the Data Controller’s inability to guarantee that the processing complies with the contractual terms under which it is performed; b) the possible failure of the processing results to comply with the obligations imposed by the tax, administrative, or labor regulations to which the processing is subject.
You may exercise your rights as set forth in Articles 7, 8, 9, and 10 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003, by contacting the Data Controller (or the Data Processor, if appointed).

Furthermore, regarding your personal data, we inform you that pursuant to Article 13 of Law 675/96, you have the right, as the “Data Subject,” to:
a) ascertain, through free access to the general register of data processing operations—established and maintained by the Office of the Data Protection Authority—the existence of data processing operations that may concern you;
b) be informed of the name/business name/corporate name and the domicile/residence/registered office of the Data Controller and the Data Processor, as well as the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) obtain, without delay, from Associazione Culturale MoCA (Data Controller) or the Data Processor (if designated):
1) confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exist, and communication of such data and their origin in an intelligible form, as well as the logic and purposes upon which the processing is based; such a request may be renewed—unless there are justified grounds—at intervals of no less than ninety days;
2) the deletion, transformation into an anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; 3) the updating, rectification, or—where you have an interest therein—the supplementation of the data;
4) certification that the operations referred to in points 2) and 3) have been brought to the attention—including regarding their content—of those to whom the data were previously communicated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected;
d) object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
e) object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purposes of commercial information, the sending of advertising or direct sales material, market research, interactive commercial communication, or for reference purposes, and be informed by the Data Controller—no later than the time the data are communicated or disseminated—of the possibility of exercising this right free of charge.
